Awana (Grades K-12)

Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth"  - 2 Timothy 2:15

Registration Now Open

 Hello Awana Parents and Families!
By God's grace through leader and parent support, we are excited to kick off another year of Awana! Our club meets Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 PM, running from September through May. To ensure a safe and effective leader-to-child ratio that fosters strong discipleship, we have limited spots available.

If the age group you want is full, don’t worry—register on the waitlist! We’ll contact you in order of registration as spots open up. If you’re interested in becoming a weekly leader, your children can join the club right away! We ask our leaders to be involved in a Bible study or worship service and to be committed to spiritual growth through worship and repentance. Interested? Email us at ccbcawanaclubs@gmail.com.

New to Awana?
Awana is a program that helps churches and parents work together to nurture spiritually strong children and teens who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Each week, our program includes:

  • Game Time: Fun, fast-paced activities that teach teamwork.
  • Handbook Time: Achievement-oriented sessions where kids complete bookwork and recite memorized scripture.
  • Council Time: Group devotions, awards, and recognition.

Not sure if Awana is for your family? Just ask an Awana parent! Many initially worry about fitting it into their busy schedules, but the passion and growth they see in their kids makes it worth the time. That’s why families return year after year.

Cost:
Awana is $50 per child for the year, with a maximum of $120 per household. This fee covers your child’s book, awards, uniform, bag, and club dues. For more details, check out the Q&A section under "Additional Information" below.

Clubs Offered This Year:

  • Cubbies: Ages 3-5 (potty-trained)
  • Sparks: Kindergarten-2nd Grade
  • Truth and Training (T&T): 3rd Grade-5th Grade
  • Trek: Middle School (6th-8th Grade)
  • Journey: High School (9th-12th Grade)
